Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled
SailPoint Architect to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise-wide
Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using
SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IAM implementations, integrations, and governance frameworks, with the ability to collaborate across security, HR, and compliance teams to ensure secure and efficient identity lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ in a hybrid cloud environment.
- Develop custom connectors, workflows, rules, and integration scripts to support complex IAM requirements.
- Provide operational and production support for SailPoint IIQ, including troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and security best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
- Analyze incidents and perform root cause analysis to drive long-term stability and risk reduction.
- Partner with business, HR, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with SOX, PCI, and regulatory standards.
- Translate high-level architecture into detailed component designs and technical deliverables.
- Participate in project planning, documentation, and delivery following established governance models.
- Stay current with IAM and security trends to recommend process and technology enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) architecture and implementation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in developing SailPoint IIQ artifacts - Applications, Rules, Workflows, Forms, Email Templates, and Connectors.
- Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, and related IAM integrations.
- Proficiency in Java, .NET, or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Working knowledge of enterprise applications (SAP, Ariba, FieldGlass, Workday, ServiceNow).
- Experience with XML, SPML/SOAP, REST, Web Services, and application middleware components.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow IdentityIQ catalog integration.
- Strong understanding of IAM security architecture, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SOX and PCI compliance environments.
- Background in security operations, authentication, and access provisioning workflows.
- Prior experience in large-scale IAM transformation or migration projects.
