Role Overview

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist – Display/Video/Search to join our fast-growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll support the setup, management, and optimization of campaigns on YouTube, Display & Search channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their performance marketing career who wants to learn hands-on campaign management, analytics, and creative testing in a high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Execution

  • Assist in launching and managing campaigns across Google Display Network, YouTube Ads, and DSP platforms.
  • Build and QA ad creatives, targeting groups, and tracking links.
  • Work with design/creative teams to implement new ads, videos, thumbnails, and copy.

Optimization & Analysis

  • Monitor campaign performance daily (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA).
  • Pull data from Google Ads, Analytics, and reporting dashboards to identify trends.
  • Make adjustments to bids, placements, and budgets under manager guidance.
  • Help run creative and audience tests to improve campaign performance.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Coordinate with compliance and operations teams to ensure ads meet carrier, CMS, and platform requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with analytics, design, and media buyers.
  • Support reporting deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internship or entry-level role in paid media preferred).
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or Display advertising platforms a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
  • Interest in data-driven marketing, ad testing, and consumer acquisition.
  • Excellent attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience in insurance, healthcare, or regulated industries is a bonus (not required).
