We are working with a leading skincare brand in its search for its next Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will own the setup, management, and optimization of our digital media
channels from end-to-end (no agency support). In this role, you will be responsible for the in-house management of our digital media platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google, and Amazon ads. This is a hands-on role, and we’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in managing multiple digital platforms.
❣ This is a hybrid role in New York City, or fully Remote if outside of commutable distance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Own and act as an individual contributor on end-to-end digital media campaign setup, ad management, and management across key platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Amazon, and TikTok.
- Platform Expertise: Leverage in-depth experience with Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and Google (SEM, SEO, YouTube, Google Ads) is a must-have.
- Strategy and Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative media strategies that align with brand goals, recommending tactics based on platform best practices.
- Content Management: Load and update campaign content, including creatives, copy, and dynamic elements, ensuring optimal performance.
- Optimization and Testing: Lead and own as an individual contributor on A/B testing initiatives and daily optimizations to drive engagement, conversions, and reach while reducing costs. Analyze and adjust strategies based on platform-specific data.
- Analytics and Reporting: Own, track, and analyze campaign performance, provide insights on key metrics, and prepare regular reports to guide decisions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, ideally in-house, with experience across multiple platforms with full channel ownership.
- Proven in-platform expertise in Meta, Amazon, and TikTok; knowledge of Google (SEM, SEO, YouTube, Google Ads) is a must-have.
- Demonstrated experience with campaign management, testing, and optimization strategies to drive performance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to inform campaign decisions - someone who can dissect data and glean actionable insights is a must-have.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
