Oracle EBS Manufacturing Analyst
North Wales, PA – Full-Time, Direct Hire (Relocation and Visa Transfer Available)
We are seeking an ERP Implementation Analyst who is excited to take ownership of ERP projects that drive operational excellence across supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing functions. This role is ideal for someone with a business systems background who enjoys bridging technical solutions with real-world business needs and working closely with both IT and shop floor teams.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with stakeholders across supply chain, warehouse, and manufacturing to gather requirements and design solutions within the ERP system (Oracle EBS).
- Configure ERP modules, test functionality, and support implementations, migrations, and enhancements.
- Translate business processes into functional specifications, process flows, and test plans.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, data accuracy, and workflow automation.
- Support ERP projects from planning through delivery, ensuring system adoption and user training.
- Communicate with engineers, operators, and business leaders to align system improvements with operational needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience as an ERP Business Systems Analyst, ERP Manufacturing or/and Supply Chain Analyst, or similar role.
- Hands-on ERP implementation experience with Oracle EBS (ideal), or Oracle Fusion, or SAP, or JDE or another major platform (supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing focus preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical groups.
- Experience in warehouse management, manufacturing, or quality management systems is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field required.
