About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in a major transformation initiative aimed at evolving our global Agency Ecosystem and MarTech capabilities. This is more than a traditional BA role—you will act as a strategic partner who directly influences how we invest in and leverage marketing technology and agency partnerships. Your analysis will form the backbone of decision-making, ensuring projects are impactful and data-driven.
You will collaborate daily with Product Managers, IT teams, marketing leaders, and external vendors, serving as the critical bridge between business vision and technical execution. You’ll be responsible for mapping processes, analyzing data flows, and identifying key dependencies across systems. Success in this role means delivering clear, actionable insights that drive efficiency, enable seamless integration, and ultimately help us better serve pets and their owners worldwide.
