Title: Product Owner/Capability Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6 months contract to perm role

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage the scrum team to guide and provide feedback for timely delivery of business prioritized features
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and feasibility of features.
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Monitor delivery progress and remove blockers to ensure timely execution.
Partner with technology teams to validate functionality and support testing.
Use Rally to manage features, track progress, and communicate updates.
Support continuous improvement of agile processes and team collaboration.

Required

3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in agile delivery roles.
Proven experience working with Pega applications in a product or delivery capacity.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management.
Experience with Rally or similar agile management tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Familiarity with healthcare or PBM environments is a plus.
