We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into functional designs that delight users and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and accessibility.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user journeys and product flows.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving requirements.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or product design roles.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Ability to translate complex requirements into simple and elegant design solutions.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Basic understanding of user testing tools (Hotjar, Maze, or similar).
Motion design or micro-interaction experience is a plus.
