Overview:

We’re building the future of men’s wellness in the Philippines, starting with skincare. 

We need an eCommerce Graphic Designer who cares about performance just as much as design. You’ll turn research and ideas into scroll-stopping creatives that drive real ad spend and revenue across social media, TikTok Shop, Meta, funnels, emails, and more.


As our eCommerce Graphic Designer, you’ll own a segment of our customer acquisition and retention: concepting, designing, and iterating ads and on-site assets that ultimately drive revenue. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team: copywriter, media buyer, product, and operator to develop net new concepts and also analyze results, and ship better variants (iterations, and variations) while keeping the brand sharp and consistent.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creative Development & Iteration: Design, concept, and rapidly iterate on high-performing ad creatives (images, carousels, banners, videos) for digital campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, with the core goal of boosting Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CVR).
  • Visual Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with the Copywriter and Strategist to translate data and messaging into compelling, testable visual concepts and hypotheses.
  • Market Research & Concepting: Maintain a current swipe file of competitor ads specific to PH men's skincare. Propose a minimum of 3 new, differentiated creative angles per week (e.g., offer-led, proof-led, lifestyle).
  • Multi-Format Asset Production: Manage the adaptation and resizing of master assets to meet the technical and best-practice requirements for all target ad placements (e.g., feed, stories, display networks).
  • Motion Graphics: Create and edit short-form video content and basic motion graphics (text animation, transitions) as video is critical for ad performance.
  • Brand Consistency: Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all assets strictly follow brand guidelines while also proposing strategic visual evolutions to maintain competitive edge.
  • Asset Management: Implement and enforce clear best practices for file naming, version control, and organized cloud storage.
  • Creative Testing Documentation: Maintain a structured Creative Test Log documenting the hypothesis, variants, key results, and resulting action for every test launched.
  • Project Management: Utilize and consistently update project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to track tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure creatives are delivered on time and to specification.


Key Performance Indicators:

[1] Ad Spend: this is the primary performance goal. Your static ads must be hitting our targets every month. This helps us measure the quality of the creatives performance-wise.


  • Every month, there will be 3-4 ad spend tiers to reach (could change depending on the business focus, strategy, and needs).


[2] Monthly Creative Output: Produce a minimum of 365 unique ad image variations (concepts, iterations, final files) per month.


Minimum images per day:

  • 17 images per day * 5 days a week = 85 images per week
  • 85 images per week * 4.3 weeks in a month = 365 images per month


Tiers:

  • Low contributor = below 365 image variations per month
  • Medium contributor = 365 - 399 image variations per month
  • High contributor = 400+ image variations per month


KPI [2] ensures that we have a number of images to test per week. Note that the numbers here can change depending on the team’s goals per month.


Qualifications:

  • Direct Response Designs: Proven expertise in applying Direct Response (DR) design principles, including visual hierarchy, persuasive element placement, split testing best practices, and effective integration of calls-to-action (CTAs) and ad copy.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of graphic design focused on digital ads (social, display, or eCommerce).
  • Visual Artistry & Manipulation: Strong photomanipulation, retouching, and compositing. Illustration skills are a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Photoshop and Illustrator; ability to deliver high-volume assets with speed and precision.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Ability to translate performance results into new design variations and test hypotheses.
  • Efficiency & Organization: Experience with structured file management, templates, and libraries to handle hundreds of assets quickly.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong visual communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and present ideas clearly.
  • Work Ethic: Organized, deadline-driven, and self-directed - comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Bonus: Basic motion graphics (simple GIFs, text animations).


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Competitive monthly salary (PHP 25,000 gross pay with twice a year increases based on KPI).
  • Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses and incentives for hitting or exceeding targets.

KPI 1: PHP 17,000

Low Contributor = PHP 5,000

Medium Contributor = PHP 10,000

High Contributor = PHP 17,000

KPI 2: PHP 3,000

Low Contributor = PHP 1,000

Medium Contributor = PHP 2,000

High Contributor = PHP 3,000

  • Benefits: Includes government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), 13th-month pay, and paid leave entitlements upon regularization.
  • Contract: Full-time employee status following a 6-month probationary period, with regularization based on performance review. Performance will be evaluated based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


Work Setup:

  • Contract: This is a full-time, employment position (starting with a 6 month probationary period)
  • Location: This is a fully remote position.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PHT (includes a 1-hour break).
  • Equipment: Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable personal device (laptop) for work.
