We’re looking for a
Senior Web Designer who will take full ownership of the visual direction of our websites and landing pages. You’ll be responsible for creating and developing a new, trend-setting web layer of our brand – from the very first concept to the final pixel – having a real and decisive influence on every aspect of the user experience.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- At least 5 years of experience in web design – with a proven track record of website, landing page, and interface projects.
- A strong portfolio matching the scope of this role – interactive, conversion-focused projects demonstrating the ability to craft engaging user experiences.
- Fluent use of AI tools for prototyping, image generation, wireframing, and proof-of-concept creation; an experimental mindset focused on productivity and innovation.
- Creative leadership, independence, and assertiveness – initiating creative directions, leading projects end-to-end, and maintaining high design standards.
- Good command of Polish and English – enabling smooth collaboration with teams and confident presentation of ideas.
- (Nice to have) Awareness of web performance best practices – designing with Core Web Vitals and optimal asset-weight balance in mind.
- (Nice to have) Experience in data-driven design – A/B testing, analytics-based iteration, and continuous improvement of user experiences.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Designing modern, visually stunning websites in line with the latest UX/UI trends.
- Creating marketing and sales landing pages optimized for conversion and SEO.
- Mobile-first design approach – building interfaces primarily for mobile, then adapting for desktop.
- Coordinating implementation – close cooperation with frontend developers and ensuring design fidelity.
- Preparing wireframes and interactive prototypes for quick concept validation.
- Actively using AI tools for prototyping, generating visuals/videos, creating wireframes, and testing new productivity-boosting solutions.
- Designing multimedia and interactive experiences – animations, videos, parallax effects, motion backgrounds, dynamic transitions, and other immersive elements that go beyond standard layouts.
