Description
The Human Resources Coordinator will be a key member of the FIFA27 Workforce team, and will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR tasks and functions, including preparing onboarding, supporting people data processes and systems, and maintaining high standards of compliance. This role supports the Workforce department in ensuring that the company's human resources operations run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding
- Preparing HR documentation such new hire guides, policies and procedures
- Assisting with organizing and delivering welcome sessions for all new employees
- Handling VISA and relocation process for non-Brazilian workers
- Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
- Assist with audits and reporting related to HR functions.
- HR Policies and Procedures:
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
- Update Org Charts in various systems
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making
YOUR PROFILE
Education, Experience & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with HRIS systems (such as SAP) and applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with employee benefits administration and compliance requirements.
- The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist, Coordinator or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Languages- Fluent in Portuguese & English
Technology- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project), HR sytems (SAP) and online collaboration tools (Sharepoint, MS teams)
