Lead Marketing Analyst

Fully Remote (UK-based)

£80,000–£90,000

The Company

I’m exclusively supporting a leading games studio, creators of one of the world’s longest-running MMORPGs, to find a Lead Marketing Analyst! This year marks a major marketing scale-up, with spend set to more than double previous years; this is a rare chance to join a globally recognised gaming brand at a pivotal moment, driving the next stage of its growth

The Role

This is a hands-on lead position, responsible for taking marketing analytics beyond current capacity. You’ll:

  • Own end-to-end marketing analytics across CRM, paid media, lifecycle, and subscription funnels
  • Develop and maintain robust, continuously learning LTV models tied to attribution cohorts
  • Build and own forecasts that tie marketing performance to spend and growth targets
  • Design and interpret uplift/incrementality experiments where attribution is weak
  • Provide attribution oversight across PC vs mobile pipelines, ensuring accuracy and reliability
  • Partner with marketing leadership, finance, and exec teams to deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Act as a mentor/partner to the current Senior Marketing Analyst

You’ll be embedded in Marketing with support from data engineering and data science, ensuring best practice and high-quality outputs

Your Skills & Experience

  • LTV Modelling – robust, continuously improving models tied to attribution cohorts
  • Forecasting – building and owning forecasts that link spend to growth outcomes
  • Uplift / Incrementality – designing and interpreting experiments where attribution falls short
  • Advanced SQL
  • Data storytelling – translating complex analytics into clear recommendations for marketers, CFO, and CEO
  • Media Mix Modelling (MMM) – familiar with methods, data needs, vendors, and evaluation (nice to have)
  • Attribution oversight – deep understanding of pipeline differences (PC vs mobile), data flows, and validation (nice to have)
  • Vendor literacy – able to evaluate, run RFPs, and manage third-party partners (nice to have)

The Benefits

  • Salary of £80,000–£90,000
