A leading U.S. consumer financial services company is expanding its Revenue Analytics function and hiring two Revenue Analytics Managers to drive growth through data-driven forecasting, optimization, and performance insights.

These roles will focus on improving revenue efficiency and forecasting accuracy across multiple sales and marketing channels. You’ll partner closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape pricing, promotions, and client acquisition strategies.

The ideal candidate combines strong SQL and BI proficiency with commercial acumen — capable of bridging analytics and business execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, automate, and maintain SQL-based data pipelines and dashboards supporting forecasting, lead routing, and conversion optimization.
  • Develop BI visualizations (Tableau, Sigma, Power BI) to track channel and campaign performance.
  • Analyze key revenue metrics — ARPU, churn, LTV, and unit economics — to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ROI and lead flow.
  • Partner with Finance and Strategy on revenue forecasting models and reporting accuracy.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership across Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales.
  • Contribute to pricing, promotion, and customer engagement initiatives with analytical insight.
  • Ensure data quality, scalability, and adherence to analytics best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, revenue management, pricing, or financial modeling.
  • Strong SQL and BI proficiency (Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma).
  • Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
  • Proven track record in ROI, forecasting, or sales/revenue analytics.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate strategic insights clearly.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–2 years of people leadership or team/project lead experience.
  • Financial services, subscription-based, or consumer services background.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Call center or lead-scoring analytics experience a plus.
