Join our dynamic team as an ERP Business Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing our enterprise resource planning systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, streamline processes, and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and support our organization's growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for ERP solutions.
- Design and propose ERP solutions that align with business needs and goals.
- Assist in configuring and customizing ERP systems to meet specific business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge functional gaps in the ERP system.
- Facilitate and lead workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of ERP processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system designs, and user guides.
- Provide support during ERP implementation, including testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
- Monitor and evaluate ERP system performance and recommend enhancements or upgrades as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and system security.
- Stay updated with ERP trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
- Assist in managing change management processes related to ERP system updates and implementations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate project status, risks, and benefits.
- Support post-implementation reviews to ensure project objectives and business needs are met.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college/University in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of ERP software, such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, or similar.
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as PowerBI, SplashBI, SQL, or Tableau required.
- Proficient in data analysis and report generation.
- Proven experience in business process mapping and analysis.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with system testing and validation procedures.
