Interested in a place where you can build from scratch? This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly created leadership position at a recently funded, fast-growing start-up and build the data strategy from the very beginning. Working on an AI platform in a greenfield environment.
You will join a collaborative, international team (based in Barcelona and Ireland) as you take charge of the move from legacy relational databases to a modern cloud-native platform, Snowflake on AWS. Your decision and ideas will have a direct impact on system performance, scalability, and the company’s success in a fast-paced environment.
In this high-ownership role, you’ll guide the team’s direction, shape the data platform, and influence product evolution. With a fully remote setup and a flat hierarchy, you’ll get to work closely with product, AI engineers, and execs to build a next-gen productivity platform backed by equity and rapid growth opportunities.

What You’ll Bring
• 1-3 years of experience in Data Engineering

Package & Benefits
• €65,000 - €80,000 base salary + Equity + Pension + Fully remote flexibility + 22 days holidays
