POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Head of Engineering, you will lead company's significant technology team with over 50 talents, shape technical strategy, and facilitate seamless collaboration between departments within the company and offices worldwide. You will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality gaming experiences to company players.



RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers to drive the development of groundbreaking solutions.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with the company's vision and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development and achieve operational excellence.
• Define and promote best practices for software development, quality assurance, and project management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and elevate team performance.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain at the forefront of the market.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and creativity within the engineering team.
• Uphold high standards of security and compliance in technology infrastructure and systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive expertise in software development, encompassing backend and frontend programming (Golang, Java, PHP, and Python), along with experience in agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership abilities, demonstrated through team management with over 50 people, consensus-building, and motivation of others.
• Proficient in product management, including organizing teams for clear outcomes and efficient allocation of engineering resources.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adept at problem-solving, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Strategic thinking skills to make informed decisions that support the company's long-term goals, particularly in architectural solutions.
• Solid business acumen with an understanding of technical and business impacts.
• Experience in building a clear development roadmap for various functions
• Adaptability to new technologies and evolving business environments, coupled with a continuous learning mindset.
• Proficient in English language communication.
