Corporate BI Manager
Based in BUD - Office
Purpose of the position:
The Corporate BI Manager plays a pivotal role in Wizz Air's data management structure, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efforts of four critical teams: CX & Marketing BI, Finance BI, Network BI, and Revenue BI. Wizz Air is committed to driving business optimization and customer engagement through the deployment of state-of-the-art decision support tools across the entire enterprise. This role serves as a vital link between data-driven strategies and the business's decision-making processes. Reporting to the Senior Data Manager within the Digital organization, this position is key to ensuring data excellence, driving insights, and fostering data-driven culture within the organization.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic leadership to the CX & Marketing BI, Finance BI, Network BI, and Revenue BI teams.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders and work closely with Corporate business functions to define development requirements.
- Understand business needs and proactively identify opportunities where data can drive improvements.
- Regularly communicate data-related updates, findings, and recommendations to business leaders.
- Collaborate with other Data managers to define and implement data governance policies and standards.
- Enforce data security and customer data protection policies where we do not tolerate any non-compliance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence and/or Advanced Analytics domains.
- Experience in managing a developer team, preferably including vendor management.
- Strong understanding of BI systems and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Practical experience with query languages (T-SQL preferred), visualisation tools (Power BI preferred) and cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to cooperate with a variety of stakeholders, team player personality.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for enterprise-level Business Intelligence solution.

- Ability to live and work in Budapest, Hungary.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
