Budget: 11,000 AED – 13,000 AED Gross (based on experience & interview performance)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven Partnerships Manager to lead our strategic collaborations and business development efforts across the GCC region.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about relationship building, strategic growth, and forging partnerships that amplify SupportRoom’s mission of redefining workplace wellbeing.
You’ll be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing partnerships with enterprise clients, resellers, government organizations, wellness institutions, and ecosystem partners to accelerate SupportRoom’s growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard key strategic partners across the GCC—including HR consultancies, healthcare providers, government wellness programs, and enterprise clients.
- Develop joint go-to-market plans, partnership roadmaps, and co-marketing initiatives to increase brand reach and revenue impact.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term collaboration.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Drive regional expansion by identifying and converting partnership-driven leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design localized partnership campaigns that resonate with GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait).
- Represent SupportRoom at key industry events, expos, and conferences across the GCC.
Partner Enablement & Relationship Management
- Manage ongoing partner relationships, ensuring partners are trained, supported, and aligned with SupportRoom’s goals.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to measure partnership performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Act as the regional liaison between partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and leadership).
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze the GCC corporate wellness, HR tech, and SaaS landscapes to identify market trends and emerging opportunities.
- Provide feedback to leadership and product teams on regional needs and partnership opportunities.
Key Requirements (Quantifiable)
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, ideally within HR Tech, SaaS, Corporate Wellness, or HealthTech sectors.
- Track Record: Proven success in developing and managing at least 5+ strategic partnerships or channel accounts in the GCC region.
- Regional Expertise: In-depth understanding of GCC business culture, partnership frameworks, and regulatory landscapes.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated experience in closing partnership agreements worth AED 500K+ annually.
- Networking: Strong existing network within corporate HR, government entities, and wellness/health organizations is a plus.
- Communication: Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other partner management tools.
