What you’ll get to do?
- Collaborate with leads and hiring managers to gather detailed role requirements and develop hiring plans.
- Conduct comprehensive market mapping and prospecting, both inbound and outbound, utilizing active and passive sourcing techniques to identify top talent
- Leverage social media and various channels to enhance candidate engagement and drive visibility for job postings
- Participate in campus recruitment initiatives as directed by senior team members, contributing to the acquisition of emerging talent.
- Perform thorough candidate screenings, evaluating qualifications and fit, while ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing timely updates and facilitating a smooth recruitment process
- Manage and update requisitions, track hiring activities, and ensure data accuracy and compliance within the ATS
- Coordinate with stakeholders to organize events and initiatives that enhance candidate and employee engagement, contributing to employer branding efforts
- Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to optimize sourcing, screening, and decision-making—enhancing efficiency and improving quality of hire.
What you should have?
- 3-7 years of experience in recruiting top talent for fast-growing, technology-driven companies
- Prior experience in hiring for roles like XDR, Sales or other non-tech positions
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and a dedication to continuous improvement
- Proven ability in executing innovative sourcing strategies and conducting thorough research
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruitment challenges
- Excellent negotiation skills and a history of success in technology product company environments
- Proficiency in utilizing ATS systems, with impeccable organizational skills
- A sense of humor and the ability to thrive in a demanding, yet rewarding environment
- Familiarity with AI-driven recruiting platforms and a data-informed approach to talent insights.
