We are currently seeking a Routing Manager to lead and optimize our A2P SMS routing operations. This is a key role within our dynamic team, offering the opportunity to shape routing strategies, manage a skilled team, and ensure high-quality message delivery to our global customers.
- Develop and implement effective A2P SMS routing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze SMS traffic flows to optimize delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through comprehensive data analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and support teams to ensure seamless message delivery.
- Maintain and build relationships with international carriers and SMS partners.
- Stay informed on evolving industry trends, technologies, and best practices in A2P messaging and routing.
- Be part of the routing team, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, computer science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in A2P SMS routing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of telecommunication networks and protocols.
- Understanding of SMS industry regulations and guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
