We are seeking a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to become a valuable member of our growing team in Lisbon. This role is designed for professionals with a passion for data-driven decision-making, online advertising, and campaign optimization. As part of our optimization project, you will work closely with high-value customers, helping them maximize the effectiveness of their digital marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for implementing and fine-tuning online advertising campaigns, primarily focusing on Google Ads, but also extending to social media platforms such as Facebook and TikTok. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, enjoys working with numbers and trends, and has a deep understanding of digital performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Optimization & Strategy
- Implement and monitor optimization strategies to continuously improve advertising performance.
- Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting approaches based on client objectives and market dynamics.
- Create tailored keyword packs, ad copy suggestions, and bid strategies that align with client goals.
- Campaign Execution
- Manage and execute online advertising campaigns with a focus on Google Ads, and complement with campaigns on Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube when applicable.
- Utilize advanced campaign settings such as Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile Ads, and Video Campaigns.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, monitor, and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
- Build comprehensive reports to measure KPIs such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI.
- Provide actionable recommendations to clients, ensuring transparency and measurable value.
- Client Collaboration & Knowledge Development
- Partner with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into optimized ad solutions.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Continuously develop expertise in Google products and tools, ensuring clients benefit from the most advanced strategies available.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who bring both technical expertise and analytical curiosity to the role:
- Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 12 months of hands-on experience in digital ad campaign management and optimization.
- Solid understanding of Google Ads; familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is a plus.
- Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets into actionable insights.
- Performance Metrics
- Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs, including impressions, clicks, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
- Ability to evaluate results against benchmarks and propose performance-driven adjustments.
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex results in a clear and client-friendly manner.

Recruitment Process

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Annual Base Salary: €23,000 gross
- Estimated Monthly Compensation: €2,356 gross (including allowances and premiums)
- Language Premium: €3,240 per year
- Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net, paid via meal card)
- Transportation Bonus: €720 per year
- Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of gross base salary, based on performance targets

Relocation Support (for candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal)
We provide extensive support to ensure a smooth relocation process:
