About the Role


As a Senior Performance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing digital strategies to life and optimising Paid Social and PPC campaigns. You’ll work closely with our Lead Strategists to ensure campaigns hit performance goals, and you’ll have the chance to make a real impact through both creative ideas and data-driven insights.


What You’ll Do:


Run & Optimise High-Performing Campaigns

You’ll work across a portfolio of eCommerce and tech brands, managing campaigns end-to-end. You’ll be trusted to test, tweak, and push performance to new heights.

  • Strategise, execute & optimise campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Test, analyse & iterate to keep performance sharp.
  • Manage budgets from AUD $10K to $100K+ per month across Google and Meta.


Support & Grow Client Relationships

We believe in truly partnering with our clients, depending on your skill and experience, you may take full ownership of select accounts or support Lead Strategists with execution and performance insights. Over time, skilled PMs step into more client-facing responsibilities.

  • Support pods by managing overflow work with precision.
  • Own relationships with select accounts where appropriate.
  • Join client calls, contribute insights, and simplify complex data to highlight value.


Reporting & Communication

You’ll provide insightful and comprehensive reports to clients, ensuring they’re always in the loop on campaign performance. You’ll also attend client calls, working closely with clients to translate data into actionable insights and adjustments that drive results.

  • Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights to clients.
  • Join client calls, ensuring clients are up-to-date and confident in direction.
  • Simplify complex data to highlight key trends and opportunities.


Testing & Innovation

You’ll continually push boundaries by testing new strategies and tactics to fuel growth. With your technical expertise, you’ll experiment with innovative approaches to improve performance, helping to ensure that our clients stay ahead of the competition.

  • Develop and implement new testing strategies to optimise campaign performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to push the boundaries of what’s possible across platforms.
  • Experiment with emerging tactics and tools to stay ahead in a fast-paced digital landscape.


Requirements

  • 5–7 years proven experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Prior experience working with Australian or American agencies/clients.
  • Confidence managing budgets from AUD $10K – $100K+ per month.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Technical knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and shopping feeds.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and results-driven.
  • Growth mindset — open to feedback, upskilling, and progression into account ownership.
  • Bonus: Experience with creative strategy (ad angles, messaging, briefs).
