Must haves

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Product Ownership, or a similar client-facing leadership role in IT outsourcing or software consulting.
  • Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods.
  • Strong Agile expertise, with hands-on experience leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams in Scrum/Kanban environments.
  • Good technical understanding of software development, solution architecture, APIs and integrations, allowing for seamless collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of leveraging analytics to drive decisions, optimize workflows, and enhance user experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both client-facing and internal, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, align expectations, and negotiate priorities in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Experience working with remote / 3rd party team members in an Agile environment - a good grasp of Scrum and Kanban is a must.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Creative and proactive spirit and self-starter.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ)—adept at handling conflicts, motivating teams, and fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.
  • Strong critical thinking with the ability to analyze processes, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Resilient under pressure, maintaining composure in high-stakes situations and ensuring teams stay focused on results.


Key responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of developers, QA engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality software using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Drive proactive stakeholder management, ensuring clients, executives, and internal teams stay aligned on priorities, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Manage scope, risks, and dependencies, proactively adjusting priorities to meet both delivery goals and evolving business needs.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies, ensuring seamless sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Act as the key liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical details into clear, business-relevant updates.
  • Act as a problem solver for technical challenges, performance issues, client escalations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, whether in product features, workflows, or team efficiency.
