Platform Support Specialist in MALTA

Fast Track is looking to hire a Platform Support Specialist to expand its dynamic Greco operations team in Malta!

The Greco brand quantifies the value and behavioural risk of players for the online casino industry. We allow online casino operators to make decisions on players at the earliest opportunity to improve operational and marketing efficiency, whilst providing an opportunity to remove restrictive terms and liberate restricted content.

The Platform Support Specialist role is responsible for the testing of various kinds of online casino games to identify features and strategies that can be used for bonus abuse. The discoveries play an important role as the data you gather feeds into our AI to facilitate real-time risk detection.

The role is an entry-level position with huge potential to grow with the company. No previous experience is expected - you will develop the specialised knowledge over time by performing the role. You may be required to create reports on your findings for internal and external use. You will be working closely with other team members, clients and external companies.

We think that the right person for the role is a fast learner, with the ability to absorb technical information and share their knowledge with others. Being statistical, confident with computing, and a strong communicator are other key attributes.

As a Platform Support Specialist you will be focused on delivering:

• Ongoing manual testing of new casino games
• Manual data collection from various sources
• Writing reports on collected data
• Reconcile data between our database and client's databases, resolving any discrepancies
• Liaise with external partners providing data

• Tech-savvy - You have the necessary technical skills and experience needed to perform the role. You are well-informed about modern technology, have a curiosity and understanding to stay agile, and are open to new technological and disruptive developments and advancements

• Strive to continuously improve and develop personally and professionally
