As a Junior IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to internal users, managing IT assets, and ensuring the smooth operation of assigned systems and tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to users (on-site and remote).
- Resolve user-reported issues via the Service Desk platform in accordance with ITIL/ITSM standards.
- Monitor and maintain assigned IT infrastructure and systems.
- Manage and track IT hardware assets (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
- Oversee and support the development of assigned IT tools and software.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Your Background:
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role (internships or part-time work included)
- Familiarity with IT asset management tools or ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Technical education (completed or in progress) in IT or a related field.
