Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and proactive Sales Trainer to lead and elevate the sales team. In this role, you will create engaging presentations and coaching materials to help staff succeed in selling law firm services. You will guide the team on best practices, provide constructive feedback, and ensure their daily efforts align with client goals. This position is perfect for someone tech-savvy, experienced in sales training, and motivated by helping others grow. If you thrive in a leadership role and enjoy shaping high-performing teams, this could be your next opportunity.


Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (USA)


Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:


  • Developing and delivering sales training materials and presentations
  • Coaching sales teams on techniques for selling law firm services to clients
  • Providing ongoing guidance and feedback to improve performance
  • Monitoring team progress and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with management to align training with company objectives
  • Maintaining clear documentation of training content and sessions


What We’re Looking For:


  • At least one to two years of experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
  • Background in law firm sales or experience selling services is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Highly proactive with a hunger for results
  • Exceptional confidence and presence
  • Tech-savvy: proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, Outlook, and Zoom
  • Clear, professional English with no accent
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
  • Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
