We’re seeking a seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Enrollment Coach Lead Senior to guide and support a high-performing team of Enrollment Coaches. In this role, you won’t just lead—you’ll inspire. You’ll help shape strategies, drive innovation, and ensure students stay on track toward achieving their academic goals. Every day you'll play a critical part in enhancing student experiences and outcomes by championing meaningful initiatives that drive enrollment growth, student persistence, and service excellence.

As a Senior Lead, You Will

  • Provide strategic leadership to Enrollment Coaches, empowering them to deliver proactive, impactful student support.
  • Lead the implementation of key initiatives designed to improve performance and student engagement within the Enrollment Center.
  • Develop and refine administrative processes and best practices that foster consistency, efficiency, and high-quality communication across teams.
  • Collaborate across the ASU community—building strong, solution-focused partnerships with academic units, advising teams, colleges, and student success services.

Essential Duties

  • Identifies areas of improvement for the Enrollment Center as a whole and recommends solutions in leads meetings or in 1:1 meetings.
  • Cultivates an environment that empowers staff to be proactive as they deliver attentive customer service and build supportive relationships vital to student success.
  • Consistently participates in training new leads. Builds rapport and relationships with individuals and groups utilizing an outgoing, poised, and persuasive communication style.
  • Uses an influential, goal-oriented leadership style to motivate, train, and engage others in an enthusiastic way.
  • Learns quickly and thoroughly while continually recognizing and adapting to changing conditions.
  • Takes on additional responsibilities outside of direct team management. Performs job duties and responsibilities in a reliable and dependable manner; represents EdPlus and the Enrollment Center in a professional manner and leads by example.
  • Addresses all aspects of staffing and professional development in a highly consistent manner.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to provide a comprehensive service approach, address opportunities to improve student experience, and bolster student success.
  • Establishes goals, executes progression plans, effectively delegates, and resolves general issues and concerns of students.
  • Provides resources and direction to facilitate student understanding of communications and processes across university departments and academic units.
  • Supervises coaches who provide exceptional communications to students by engaging them through phone, email, text or chat.
  • Monitors production and quality of student/coach interactions, evaluating opportunities to benchmark, enhance and improve the student experience.
  • Maximizes the student experience by providing engaging, constructive feedback; resolving issues, and disseminating information.
  • Understands and accurately leverages resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures.
  • Provides directions to staff, including assignments, activities, and schedules to ensure the delivery of excellent service required to meet/exceed departmental goals.
  • Handles highly sensitive and/or complex issues.
  • Coordinates or assumes other duties or projects as assigned or directed.

Desired Qualifications

  • Evidence of a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Experience with the EdPlus Enrollment Coaching Center’s policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleSoft, Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify areas of improvement for the Enrollment Center as a whole and bring those forward with recommended solutions.
  • Evidence of a proven track record of achieving results in a customer-centric environment while taking pride in finding innovative ways to increase efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate change and pivot quickly to create a successful working atmosphere supporting others.
  • Evidence of excellent communication skills with the ability to handle complex issues, resolve conflicts and de-escalate when appropriate.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with peers, faculty, students, administration, and other interested parties.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an environment subject to quickly changing priorities.
  • Experience leading a team as an Enrollment Coach Lead in the EdPlus Enrollment Coaching Center.

Salary And Benefits

Salary Range: $75,000 - $82,000 per year; DOE

The target salary for this position is $80,000 per year.
