Shopify Developer & CRO Specialist

We’re looking for a Shopify Developer & CRO Specialist to take full ownership of our e-commerce platform, optimize customer experience, and drive sustained revenue growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical development, performance optimization, and growth strategy.

💻 What You’ll Do

Development & Technical Ownership

• Lead all Shopify Plus development, including theme customization, Liquid coding, custom sections, and integrations.
• Manage and optimize our app ecosystem, including Skio (subscriptions), Klaviyo (email/SMS), re:Amaze (support), ShipStation (shipping), RIVO (loyalty), and Judge.me (reviews).
• Implement and maintain best-in-class site performance standards — ensuring speed, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly, including emergency support if critical site problems arise on weekends.

CRO & Growth Strategy

• Own the entire on-site conversion funnel, from landing pages to checkout.
• Conduct ongoing A/B tests, heatmap analysis, and UX audits to continuously improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to launch high-performing campaigns, landing pages, and product pages.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow subscription revenue, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.

Analytics & Performance

• Monitor and analyze site performance metrics, conversion data, and behavioral analytics.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve KPIs, including:
• Conversion Rate
• Subscription Growth
• Average Order Value (AOV)
• Site Speed & Engagement Metrics
• Provide regular reports with insights and recommended next steps.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify Plus development.
• Expert in Liquid, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates and e-commerce revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of CRO principles, A/B testing, and UX best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, heatmaps, and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with Shopify apps, particularly:
• Skio (subscriptions)
• Klaviyo (email/SMS)
• re:Amaze
• ShipStation
• RIVO Loyalty
• Judge.me
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, operations, and product teams.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset — always testing, iterating, and pushing for better results.
