Our services cover student visas, skilled migration, employer sponsorships, partner visas, parent visas and Australian citizenship applications.
We are now expanding our online presence and are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team remotely from Türkiye.
About the Role
This is a remote, part-time position designed for a final-year university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
The role will involve creating bilingual (Turkish–English) digital content, managing social media pages, and helping build our online presence in both the Turkish and Australian markets.
You will work directly with the company’s founder and gain hands-on international experience in a fast-growing professional services business.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using Canva and Meta Business Suite in Turkish and English.
- Write and upload SEO-optimised blog posts for our Turkish and Australian websites.
- Design visually appealing posts and reels using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist in editing and uploading YouTube videos (Reels, Shorts, full-length videos).
- Optimise video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for SEO.
- Research trending migration-related video topics and competitor content.
- Prepare captions and post schedules for YouTube Shorts and educational clips.
- Conduct basic keyword research and assist with SEO improvements on our websites.
- Monitor engagement, social media and YouTube analytics, respond to comments and messages, and provide weekly performance reports.
- Provide insights on engagement, traffic growth, and content performance.
- Research online trends, migration-related topics, and digital strategies to improve brand awareness.
Requirements
- Final-year student or graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Turkish and English.
- Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar content tools.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
- Good command of video editing tools (CapCut, Canva Video, or Adobe Premiere preferred).
- Good understanding of SEO principles, content optimisation and WordPress.
- Familiarity with YouTube Studio, hashtags, and SEO best practices.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with weekly deliverables.
Work Conditions
- Remote role – work from anywhere in Türkiye.
- Part-time: 28-30 hours per week (flexible schedule).
- Direct mentorship from an Australian-based business owner and marketing guidance.
- Initial 3-month contract with the possibility of long-term collaboration for the right and succesful candidate.
