Scorpios & Soho House are looking for an IT Administrator in a rapidly growing environment in the Hospitality Industry who will take up responsibility to support UK based IT Department while locally maintaining core hardware and software. The successful applicant will hold a key role within Scorpios and SOHO House as an expert in his field leading decisions, supporting future developments and taking ownership of operations.

Responsibilities
- Provides basic support for software, hardware, peripherals, and network access
- Escalates critical issues/bugs to necessary parties, including IT, Application Support and/or developers for resolution
- Develops and maintains technical documentation of systems and networks
- Supports Software platforms (CRM, PMS, BMS, etc) structures to align with overall corporate strategy and business unit needs
- Suggests new software platforms to enhance business unit’s productivity and promote integrations
- Tracks, prioritizes and documents requests from business units within the company
- Provides technical support, advice and documentation to the corporate IT team
- Plans, oversees, supervises installation and configuration of new IT equipment
- Gathers and documents business requirements, formulates use cases, tracks requirements, provides status updates and ensues quality of solution throughout each project
- Handles software and hardware failures
- Manages and oversees installations, repairs, maintenance, upgrades for all end user and IT devices and equipment to ensure high availability and optimal performance
- Manages data / system backups, migrations, and disaster recovery
- Identifies and documents projects to improve support and overall performance
Requirements
- Proven working experience at least 3 years as an IT Administrator
- Formal IT related education
- Familiarity with POS Systems is desirable (Oracle Solutions)
- Hospitality industry experience is a considerable asset
- Good command of English language is mandatory
- European Union Nationality with available working permission
- Willingness to relocate 2 times per year
