Director of Information Technology

This is a remote role.

Job Summary: The Director of Information Technology will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT operations, for two, $500M business units, ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals. This role involves technology planning, project management, managing IT resources, contractors and technology suppliers. This is a hands-on role that reports into HQ IT where all technology is identified and procured.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an IT project roadmap in alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Direct an ERP data conversion and migration from a legacy Infor product to Infor Cloud Suite Distribution (CSD).
  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data.
  • Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technological solutions that enhance business processes and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and cybersecurity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
