Job Description

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

We are looking for a responsible Marketing Enthusiast who is an expert in building programs and managing the systems required to generate consistent inbound lead traffic. The ideal candidate will utilize Marketo to its fullest potential, employing all available features to load the top of the funnel, and must know SFDC integration as well.

Candidates must be U.S. residents or able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship. This position is with one of our premium clients, offering the opportunity to work with innovative teams and, if onsite, in a top work environment in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage expectations and collaborate effectively with multiple groups.
  • Apply best practices in Marketo and SFDC, working hands-on.
  • Have an excellent understanding of Lead Management, Lead Routing, and Lifecycle Management.
  • Adopt a strategic approach considering optimization and scalability in marketing technologies.
  • Review program requirements, identify optimization areas, and update progress on email marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions supporting business goals.
  • Manage large data sets, ensuring data health and quality.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, maintain dashboards, and alert leadership when action is needed.
  • Manage Lead Quality, Lead Scoring, and Lead Routing in Marketo.
  • Assess ad hoc analytic requests and support with appropriate approaches and team involvement.
  • Advise on data requirements for analysis and ensure findings are visualized effectively for stakeholders.

Must Haves

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • 3-5 years of Marketo experience and 2-3 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Self-motivated, passionate about marketing automation, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with dashboards and reporting, capable of creating executive-level presentations.
  • Experience with lead nurturing and lead scoring is a plus.

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

This range is a good-faith estimate at the time of posting, compliant with applicable laws in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington. Final compensation depends on location, experience, and qualifications. Offers typically fall within the lower to mid-range of the posted salary.

This role may also be eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
