We are seeking a Senior Treasury Operations Analyst to play a critical role in building and optimizing the Treasury function during an exciting growth phase. This position offers the unique opportunity to start fully remote for the first 12 months, followed by a required relocation to the company’s corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Key Responsibilities Of The Senior Treasury Analyst

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations including cash management, bank transfers, and funding requirements
• Monitor daily liquidity and support short-term and long-term cash forecasting
• Maintain and strengthen banking relationships, assist with account openings, and manage user access controls
• Oversee and process vendor and payroll payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls
• Prepare and reconcile journal entries and assist with audit requests
• Support the implementation of new treasury management systems and process automation initiatives
• Assist in developing treasury reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 3+ years of Treasury Operations experience; experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with payment systems and banking platforms
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Additional Details

• This position is remote for the first year only. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to Fort Lauderdale, Florida after the first year of employment. U.S. work authorization is required.
