UI/UX Designer (Ceffu – Institutional Crypto Custody Platform)
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver UI/UX design across marketing and product surfaces, including client decks, landing pages, and website revamps — aligning visual identity with Ceffu’s institutional brand voice.
- Translate business and marketing goals into data-informed, conversion-optimized design solutions; collaborate with marketing and growth teams to define measurable KPIs (e.g., CTR, engagement, conversion).
- Design with global audiences in mind, ensuring layouts, copy space, and visuals adapt seamlessly across cultures, languages (including RTL scripts), and regional contexts.
- Contribute to user research and competitive benchmarking; analyze user behavior, campaign metrics, and site analytics to refine design hypotheses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Ops and Compliance teams to ensure consistency between product interfaces and marketing assets.
- Participate in periodic UX/UI improvements on Ceffu’s internal and external platforms, contributing to design systems, interaction flows, and usability standards.
- Develop clear prototypes, wireframes, and interaction models for stakeholder communication.
- Maintain and evolve Ceffu’s design system, ensuring visual and functional coherence across digital touchpoints.
- Stay current with design and technology trends in Web3, fintech, and data visualization, applying innovative solutions that enhance clarity and trust.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX or digital product design, preferably within fintech, blockchain, or Web3 environments.
- Strong grasp of data-driven design — experience working with marketing analytics, A/B testing, or design optimization tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating both visual excellence (UI) and strategic problem-solving (UX), ideally with global or multilingual project experience.
- Proficiency in Figma and related design tools; experience with localization, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with website performance metrics (bounce rate, conversion, session duration) and how design choices influence them.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed, cross-cultural team.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a strong plus.
