Job Title: Frontend Developer (React/Next.js) (Remote)
Base Salary: $20,000 – $100,000 USD per year

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Frontend Developer (React/Next.js) to join our growing team and contribute to building next-generation AI-driven hiring and assessment systems. You’ll work on innovative products that automate key aspects of recruitment — from resume screening to interview analysis — helping connect the right people to the right opportunities faster than ever before.
In this role, you’ll work closely with global engineering teams, scale AI-driven applications, and build highly reliable systems used by leading organizations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable software systems for AI-powered platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and backend performance.
- Design and optimize schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Work with cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS) to ensure high availability and security.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to product innovation and automation initiatives.
Qualifications / Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, Python, or Go.
- Experience designing and maintaining database schemas (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with GCP or AWS environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to align work hours with the Pacific Time (PT) zone until at least 11 AM PT.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in AI, ML, or data-intensive applications.
- Understanding of scalable system design and API development.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or global remote environment.

Remote (India-based) — Flexible working environment with alignment to PT hours.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $20,000 – $100,000 USD per year (depending on experience and skill level).
- Performance Bonuses: Up to 40% of base salary.
