Location: Benghazi, Libya (On-Site)


We are a leading construction firm seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Benghazi. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our large-scale projects and growing workforce. Your expertise in the construction sector will be essential in building a strong pipeline for both white-collar and blue-collar roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of construction positions, from sourcing and screening to offering and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates, with a specific focus on the GCC region and the broader APAC region.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Coordinate closely with the PRO (Public Relations Officer) team to manage and streamline the visa and work permit process for international hires.
  • Utilize Oracle HRMS to efficiently track candidates and manage all recruitment data.
  • Generate recruitment reports and provide insights using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Assist with the onboarding process and relocation logistics for new employees arriving in Libya.


Qualifications:

  • Must have 2-3 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, exclusively within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrable experience and success in hiring candidates from the GCC region.
  • Proven track record of recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar
  • Excellent command of English is required. Proficiency in Urdu or Hindi is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
