About The Role

The Performance Marketing Analyst (Junior) plays a vital role in executing and optimizing paid search campaigns on search engines such as Google and Microsoft Bing. The primary focus of this position is to target users actively searching for private or online schools, driving return on investment (ROI), and ensuring profitability from paid media spend. The Analyst will work closely with senior team members and collaborate with marketing and communications teams across various divisions to support and enhance the digital presence of Spring Education Group.

This is a remote position, ideally suited for candidates based in or able to work during core hours aligned with Pacific Time (PST). The role is a temporary, salaried position for three months, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance.

Qualifications

Education & Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or analytics.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, along with data analytics tools like Google Analytics, is preferred.

  • Fundamental knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing Analysts to build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google and Bing search networks.
  • Assist Senior Performance Marketing Analysts in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance metrics such as spend, impressions, share, clicks, click-through rate, inquiries, cost per inquiry, and inquiry-to-enrollment rates.
  • Help optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators like cost per inquiry and cost per enrollment, ensuring a profitable lifetime value to customer acquisition cost (LTV to CAC) ratio across all divisions.
  • Conduct industry research on digital advertising trends and share insights with marketing and communications teams to inform strategy.
  • Perform keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing search terms and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Stay informed about Google trends and new product features, exploring opportunities to leverage new tools for campaign enhancement.
  • Maintain account health by collaborating with Google support teams and implementing recommended best practices.
  • Monitor auction insights, analyze competitors' offerings, and provide suggestions on ad content to effectively showcase each brand’s unique value propositions.
