About The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager at ServiceMaster Brands is a strategic role responsible for leading and executing digital marketing initiatives that enhance online visibility, drive sales, and improve conversion rates. This position requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in paid media, PPC campaign management, and web marketing strategies. The successful candidate will own the planning, development, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn. Additionally, they will oversee website content calendars, collaborate with creative and external teams to produce digital assets, and analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to develop cohesive digital strategies that align with business goals. The position is fully remote, offering a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, and involves managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness of digital campaigns, maximizing ROI, and supporting the overall growth objectives of ServiceMaster Brands.

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media and PPC campaign management
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and organic search strategies
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from digital performance data
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement approach to marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies, focusing on PPC campaigns across various platforms
  • Build, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and bid management
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on PPC performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage and update website content calendars to ensure timely and relevant web content updates
  • Collaborate with creative teams and external vendors to produce digital assets such as banners, landing pages, and ad graphics
  • Track and report key marketing KPIs across paid media, web, and other digital channels to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies
  • Maintain accurate digital asset libraries, marketing calendars, and approval workflows with stakeholders
  • Oversee digital campaign budgets, ensuring accurate invoicing and expense tracking
  • Coordinate with SEO teams to optimize landing pages and identify keyword opportunities for organic and paid search synergy
  • Establish and maintain relationships with platform representatives to stay informed about new features and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance marketing ROI and overall campaign effectiveness
