We’re looking for one exceptional creative and organized technical mind to grow from automation builder into a future Chief AI Officer / CTO.

💎 About the Role

You’ll work directly with the founder fast, hands-on, and visionary.

Your first mission: streamline and automate our internal ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Fireflies, Notion, Outlook, and NA10).

Then you’ll advance into designing automation flows, dashboards, and blockchain-ready prototypes that power our global operations.

⚙️ You Will

>Connect and automate tools (NA10, Zapier, Make.com, Zoho, Fireflies, Notion)

>Manage private hosting, backups, and documentation

>Build smart automation flows and light AI scripts

>Explore Blockchain & Web3 integrations (training provided)

>Experiment with Solidity and smart-contract logic (optional / willing to learn)

>Support innovation projects across AI, Blockchain, and Gaming

💡 You Are

>Creative, analytical, and highly organized

>Experienced or familiar with N8N, Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation tools (If you haven’t used N8N yet you’ll master it quickly (we’ll train you))

>Comfortable with CRMs like Zoho

>Know or are eager to learn Python and Solidity (paid courses sponsored)

>Communicate clearly in English

>Willing to relocate to Europe (Malta) within 6–12 months, ready to take on more responsibility and leadership

>Early-career, ambitious, and focused — not juggling multiple side projects
