Job Title: Senior Golang Developer
Location: 100% Remote (US)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Experience: 10+ Years (Mandate)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Golang Developer to join our team on a long-term remote contract. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing scalable, high-performance applications using Go and experience with data-driven or cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain applications and services using Golang.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with backend systems.
Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD integration.
Requirements:
10+ years of overall software development experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Golang.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and message queues.
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or Terraform.
