About The Role
The Senior HR Generalist for the Americas region at Canonical is a strategic partner responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant HR operations and initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing HR strategies that support the company's growth and operational excellence in the region. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between regional leadership and global HR teams, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design. This position requires a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional capable of interpreting HR data trends and implementing scalable solutions. The Senior HR Generalist will also champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a fair and engaging workplace for all employees.
