Job Purpose

Radio Planning in Circle & coordination with RAN CODE team for related activities

Key Result Areas/ Accountabilities

• Supporting to finalize New Site planning
• Supporting to finalize Capacity Addition
• Timely submission of all Monthly reports
• Performance check of new rollout site & capacity addition
• To support radio site relocation for ones which are unsafe / having operational challenges
• To support in Regulatory reporting
• Site Optimization basis Clutter
• KPI Optimization and Layer management using Tools and Performance reports.
• Analysis of Prediction Plot and Geotool outputs (Groundhog)
  
  
  

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Expertise in Radio planning of 2G/4G/5G
• Knowledge of Nokia RAN HW and xmL preparation for new site integration
• Knowledge of various Antennas being used in system and appropriate deployment scenarios.
• Knowledge of HPSC/Small Cells planning and feature deployments across technologies
• Mandatory Expertise in using tools like Google Earth, QGIS, EXCEL Macros, Groundhog
  
  
  

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

• BE/BTech
• Engaged in multi technology, multi vendor expertise solutioning
• 5-7 years’ experience in Radio design & planning
