✅ Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role;
- Excellent SQL and R or Python;
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning techniques;
- Experience in presentation and knowledge sharing based on data findings;
- Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on approach toward problem solving;
- Excellent English communication skills.

✔Data analysis and interpretation:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights;
- Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
✔Advanced Analytics
- Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses;
- Develop and implement models to support business decisions.
✔Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, designers and VIPs to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions;
- Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other departments to ensure alignment on data initiatives.
✔Mentorship And Training
- Mentor junior data analysts and guide best practices in data analysis and reporting;
- Conduct training sessions to enhance data literacy across the organization.
