We are seeking a Senior Service Designer to help our client design and deliver engaging, human-centered experiences across channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about the intersection of strategy, design, research, and technology, and eager to contribute to a growing, multidisciplinary team. Experience in healthcare or health-related experience design is a strong asset.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver innovative services, products, and brand experiences that solve customer problems and drive business impact
  • Create human-centered design deliverables such as experience maps, user journeys, service blueprints, and personas to communicate insights and strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams throughout all stages of the design process — from discovery and opportunity framing to prototyping and implementation
  • Conduct qualitative research using ethnographic, behavioral, and market research techniques to inform design decisions.
  • Facilitate Design Thinking workshops to promote creative collaboration and customer-centricity.
  • Lead rapid design sprints and iteration cycles, translating insights into tangible prototypes and final solutions
  • Present concepts and strategies effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Integrate AI technologies to enhance user experience and drive innovation


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in design, design research, service design, psychology, anthropology, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience applying Design Thinking to achieve measurable business outcomes
  • Proven experience designing multi-channel customer experiences using user-centered design principles
  • Familiarity with digital product management, agile methodologies, and foresight/service design approaches
  • Strong understanding of qualitative research methods (e.g., ethnography, contextual inquiry, user interviews, usability testing)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for research and client engagements


Nice to Haves

  • Visual design or prototyping skills are considered an asset
