Job Title: Product Manager
Job Location: Kasaragod (Relocation to Kasaragod is a must)
Job Summary:
·As the Product Manager at Linnk Group, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and excellence in our product development process. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. With a deep understanding of market trends and user requirements, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into actionable plans and deliver exceptional products that delight our customers.
Qualifications:
· A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.
· ITIL and PRINCE 2 certifications. (Desirable)
Experience:
· Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
· Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and product management tools, such as Jira or Asana, is preferred.
· Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques, leveraging expertise in coordinating diverse functional areas of business.
Responsibilities:
· Define and articulate the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap, incorporating insights from market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
· Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to conceptualise, develop, and launch new product features and enhancements.
·Understanding of technology and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with software developers, understand product requirements, and make informed decisions regarding features and design.
· Understanding of business objectives, market trends, and the ability to balance business goals with user needs.
· Understanding feature prioritisation, road map planning, and the ability to forecast and lay out a product roadmap.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing guidance and direction to cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
· Lead cross-functional meetings and workshops to facilitate collaboration, alignment, and decision-making on product-related initiatives and projects.
· Working alongside in a collaborative style with colleagues, particularly within cross-functional teams.
Key skills:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Strategic thinking and business acumen, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, user behaviour, and the competitive landscape.
· Understanding of database management, SQL, and operating systems like Linux and Windows Server. Proficiency in using software tools for troubleshooting, code migration, and configuration management is also essential.
· Able to analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with software applications, identifying potential issues and making informed decisions, before they escalate.
· Able to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, involving explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, and maintaining consistent communication with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
· Being well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks and keep track of various files, documents, and other information.
· Given the rapid evolution of Technology tools and resources, you need to continuously update your skills and stay current with the latest updates and advancements in industry trends and all other relevant technologies.
· Able to partner effectively across teams with a broad range of skill sets and experience to arrive at the best solutions.
