Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Manager. The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing the day-to-day customer experience. This includes analyzing customer satisfaction, implementing strategies to improve customer experience, communicating with customers to address their needs and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.


Primary Responsibilty:

Senior Dotnet Developer

Location: Pune (On-site)

Experience required: 8+ years

Who You Are:

An accomplished .NET Lead with over 8 years of experience in Dot Net Framework, .NET Core, MySQL, AWS, and Angular.

Proficient in leading development teams and architecting solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Your Role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Architect and design robust solutions utilizing .NET technologies and AWS services.
  • AWS (EC2, Code Build, Lambda Function, Cloud Formation, S3, API Gateway, ECS, Route53, CloudFront)
  • Drive innovation and best practices in software development.
