Human Resources Coordinator in United State

Remote 6 hours ago

Ann Arbor Holistic Health is hiring experienced fulltime support for our holistic functional nutrition practice. If you are an enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional with at least 3-4 years experience as a Small Business Human Resources Coordinator or Executive Assistant, we would love to hear from you!

Our Human Resources Coordinator manages a variety of tasks for our growing practice, including coordinating the hiring, onboarding, and performance oversight of our Team. You are also responsible for maintaining detailed records and assisting our practice with a variety of administrative duties, from managing Standard Operating procedure documents and team access to various software services.

The work takes place 100% remotely, Monday through Friday, and includes paid time off and potential for performance-based bonuses. While our team is fully remote, we communicate with and support each other as if we shared an office. Task assignments may be delivered by VOIP, Trello, Voxer, Zoom, phone, or email, so comfort with technology and reliable high-speed Internet are a must. You will also need to be in a distraction-free environment when taking calls. (This role may not be a good fit for parents with small children who are home during core business hours.)

To succeed in this position, you will need outstanding written and verbal communication skills. And did we mention the need to be extremely detail-oriented? Yes, we did – which you will have noticed if you’re the right candidate for us! Follow-through and a positive attitude are also essential. Our team enjoys each other and our work, and we are looking for a new team member who will come with a smile, ready to continue our commitment to cultural, clinical, and operational excellence.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who enjoys an energetic work environment and extensive collaboration. That is not code for being overworked or micromanaged! However, we keep a busy practice serving many clients, and you can expect your days to be full. If you enjoy ticking items off a checklist and finding new ways to be efficient, this position is for you. Are you known for staying organized and switching gears effectively? Even better.

At Ann Arbor Holistic Health, we serve clients who are seeking to improve their health naturally by addressing the root causes of their symptoms. We strive to meet every client's unique needs with customized wellness plans and unequaled care and service, and the Human Resources Coordinator role is integral to achieving that mission. While knowledge of functional medicine is not required, it is an added plus, as are project management and sales experience.

If you’ve spent at least 3-4 years as a Small Business HR Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or another administrative role and are looking for a stable position in a top-tier wellness practice, please apply!
