As an Enterprise Sales Manager, youβll drive AdsGencyβs enterprise growth by building and expanding relationships with C-level executives, agencies, and brand advertisers.
This role is ideal for a network-driven, strategic dealmaker who already has connections in the advertising, media, or SaaS ecosystem β and knows how to convert relationships into revenue.
Youβll be the face of AdsGency for enterprise clients, crafting partnerships that redefine how large advertisers adopt AI-driven performance marketing.
β’ π€ Leverage Existing Networks: Use your industry relationships (agencies, CMOs, growth teams, or ad-tech leaders) to open high-value conversations and accelerate enterprise adoption.
β’ πΌ Enterprise Sales Execution: Own the full-cycle sales process β from outreach and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing.
β’ π§© Strategic Account Management: Build multi-year relationships that drive retention, expansion, and advocacy among enterprise clients.
β’ π¬ Product Storytelling: Communicate AdsGencyβs unique AI automation vision clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ π Revenue Growth: Consistently exceed pipeline and ARR goals through disciplined sales operations and creative outbound tactics.
β’ π§ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer ROI.
β’ π Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from enterprise clients to shape roadmap decisions and positioning.
β 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships, preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS
β A strong existing network of marketing executives, agency partners, or brand advertisers
β Proven track record of closing 6β7 figure deals and exceeding revenue quotas
β Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
β Strategic, analytical, and disciplined approach to building a scalable sales funnel
β Entrepreneurial mindset β you move fast, think creatively, and close deals without corporate red tape
β¨ Background in programmatic advertising, DSPs, or marketing automation platforms
βοΈ Experience selling to CMOs, VP Marketing, or Growth teams
π¬ Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok for Business ecosystems
π€ Strong relationships in agency networks (GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, Omnicom, etc.)
