Senior AI/ML Imagery Scientist / Engineer required to join an ambitious tech leader driving innovation in computer vision. The Role

As a Senior AI/ML Imagery Scientist / Engineer, you will:

  • Be the “go-to” technical expert for deep learning and ML projects dealing with complex image data at scale
  • Design, experiment with, and deploy models that interpret visual data from sources such as aerial platforms, satellite, and more
  • Identify emerging trends in the field and quickly apply them to practical business challenges
  • Mentor colleagues and champion best practices, keeping everyone up to speed on what’s new
  • Collaborate with technical leaders and other teams to align your work with broad business goals
  • Enjoy the freedom to explore, prototype, and deliver solutions beyond routine requirements


Essential Requirements

  • 7+ years in advanced AI or ML roles with a focus on computer vision
  • Proven knowledge of 3D modeling, point cloud data, IR, or LiDAR
  • Mastery of deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and cloud platforms
  • Solid record handling very large, detailed imagery datasets and solving geospatial challenges
  • Background in remote collaboration and mentoring more junior technologists
  • Strong evidence of passion for AI - side projects, personal research, or significant open-source work. Up-to-date knowledge of relevant research trends and genuine excitement for rapid change in this space
  • Based in Boston or willing to travel for occasional meetups
