We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Nokia RF Optimization, In-Building (iDAS/oDAS) wireless deployments, and 5G networks, to lead end-to-end delivery of telecom projects. The ideal candidate will be a Nokia OSS expert, capable of managing cross-functional teams, driving technical execution, and interfacing with clients in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management of RF optimization, in-building deployments, and 5G network rollouts in coordination with Nokia teams.
- Serve as the technical liaison between internal teams and the client (Nokia), ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage Nokia OSS tools and platforms (e.g., NetAct, EdenNet, PRS, MOSHELL) for RF performance monitoring, KPI reporting, and optimization.
- Oversee in-building wireless solutions (iDAS/oDAS) design, implementation, and integration with macro and small cell layers.
- Plan and execute 5G SA/NSA deployments, including spectrum re-farming, site integration, and performance testing.
- Monitor network KPIs and direct optimization efforts including PCI planning, neighbor list tuning, parameter audits, and coverage enhancement.
- Collaborate with RF engineers, field technicians, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Conduct weekly status updates, risk assessments, and reporting to Nokia stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) for milestone tracking, resource allocation, and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in RF Optimization, with a strong focus on Nokia RAN technologies (LTE, 5G).
- Proven experience with in-building wireless systems (iDAS/oDAS), including design and deployment.
- Hands-on expertise with Nokia OSS platforms: NetAct, EdenNet, PRS, MOSHELL, and 5G configuration tools.
- Strong technical understanding of 5G NR, LTE, VoLTE, carrier aggregation, and Massive MIMO.
- Prior experience working as a Technical Project Manager in telecom, ideally supporting or working directly with Nokia.
- Strong understanding of network KPIs (RSRP, SINR, CQI, DL/UL Throughput), drive test data, and optimization methodologies.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a remote setup and deliver within aggressive timelines.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Atoll, TEMS, Planet, MapInfo, or Actix.
- Experience with private 5G and enterprise in-building solutions is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of site acquisition, permitting, and construction workflows is a plus.

- 100% Remote (US-based candidates only)
- Must be flexible to work across time zones as needed for project milestones and global coordination
