We are looking for a Tender Engineer having the following qualifications to be assigned to our company in Wrocław, Poland. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to contact us!

Job Description:

• Reviewing project requirements, technical specifications and drawings, obtaining required details
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity surveys or checking quantity requirements
• Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour and time
• Finding suppliers and communicating in accordance with project requirements and obtaining offers and required information for tenders
• Comparing and analyzing multiple offers from different suppliers, preparing comparison charts, keeping record and archiving
• Pricing/forecasting the cost of the different components needed for a project
• Preparing preliminary work schedules for tenders

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

• Graduated from Civil Engineering or Architecture departments of universities
• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Office or Tender Department
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail
• Eager to learn
• Strong communication skills to communicate with suppliers
• Good understanding sub & superstructure construction works
• Able to analyze project requirements, technical specifications, drawings
• Excellent command of Polish and English, both written and spoken, is a must
• Proficient in using Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD
